Terms and Conditions for AAA Smart Repair Ltd
1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of services by AAA Smart Repair Ltd ("we", "our", "us") to the customer ("you", "your").
1.2. By booking a service or instructing us to carry out work, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
2.1. We provide vehicle cosmetic services, including but not limited to smart repairs, dent removals, alloy wheel refurbishment, and paint touch-ups.
2.2. Services may be carried out at our premises or via a mobile service at your location, depending on availability and suitability.
3. Estimates and Quotations
3.1. All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Quotations are based on the information you provide and may be subject to change upon inspection.
3.3. Any additional work required will be agreed upon before commencement.
4. Booking and Cancellation
4.1. You may book services by phone, email, or via our website.
4.2. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
4.3. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, equipment failure, or staff illness.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2. We accept payment by cash, debit/credit card, and bank transfer.
5.3. Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Warranties and Liability
6.1. We warrant our work for a period of 12 months from the date of completion unless otherwise specified.
6.2. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, damage from misuse, or further accidental damage.
6.3. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services rendered.
6.4. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded by law.
7. Customer Obligations
7.1. You must ensure that your vehicle is accessible and in a suitable condition for work to be carried out.
7.2. You are responsible for removing valuables from the vehicle. We are not liable for loss or damage to items left inside.
7.3. You must notify us of any pre-existing damage or issues with the vehicle before work commences.
8. Data Protection
8.1. We process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.
8.2. Your information is used solely for the provision of our services and will not be shared without your consent, unless required by law.
9. Complaints
9.1. If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
9.2. Complaints should be submitted in writing to aaasmartrepair@gmail.com.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Insurance
11.1. AAA Smart Repair Ltd holds valid public liability and employer's liability insurance, and all work is covered in accordance with our insurance policies.
11.2. Customers are responsible for maintaining comprehensive vehicle insurance. We shall not be liable for loss or damage covered (or capable of being covered) by your own policy.
11.3. We recommend informing your insurer of any cosmetic or structural repair work undertaken.
12. Force Majeure
12.1. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any part of our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
a. Acts of God
b. Natural disasters
c. War or terrorism
d. Strikes or labour disputes
e. Epidemics or pandemics
f. Government actions or restrictions
g. Equipment failure or power outages
12.2. In the event of a force majeure, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and may reschedule the service without liability.
